I want to thank you for your John Graves Simcoe interlude. I have spent a fair amount of time up in the area around Toronto and it is nice to get some more background on the man who has a holiday, a lake, and more named after him. I knew a bit about his history in setting up York and the surrounding region but that he was a man constantly in the breech of history and his abolitionism is a welcome addition to my knowledge of his story.

Hey, Mike, I think you forgot the outro music. It was a bit jarring when my player went to the next podcast without transition :)
